Metal4Craft Automation fabricates custom mild steel main gates at our Bangalore workshop — from simple tube-frame designs to ornamental wrought-style gates with decorative castings, scroll work, and custom panels. Every gate is designed to the client's opening dimensions, height requirement, and aesthetic brief.
Material options include hollow square sections, round tubes, flat bars, and angle iron in standard MS, galvanised, or stainless steel, depending on the corrosion environment and finish requirement. All structural joints are MIG or TIG welded to full penetration per section thickness.
Surface finishing options include shot blast + red oxide primer + enamel paint, shot blast + powder coat (all RAL colours), and hot-dip galvanised + powder coat for maximum corrosion protection. We provide colour samples and shop drawings for client approval before fabrication begins.
