Boom Barriers & Bollards
Automatic Rising Bollards
Retractable bollards rising 600–900 mm to protect pedestrian zones and vehicle exclusion areas.
Automatic rising bollards retract flush with the ground for authorised vehicles and rise 600–900 mm above surface level to deny access to unauthorised traffic. Hydraulic or electromechanical drive in standard and crash-rated configurations—protecting pedestrian shopping streets, government buildings, transport infrastructure, and high-footfall commercial zones from vehicle intrusion.
Engineering notes
Hydraulic or electromechanical rise mechanism achieves 600–900 mm above-ground barrier height—providing physical obstruction to standard vehicles while sitting flush and visually unobtrusive when retracted.
Configurable fail-safe modes—bollards can default to raised or lowered position on power loss depending on site security policy and emergency evacuation requirements.
Available in standard and crash-rated variants to meet anti-vehicle barrier specifications for sensitive or high-risk sites.
Typical applications
- Pedestrian shopping streets
- Government buildings
- Embassies and diplomatic premises
- Hotels and resorts
