Telescopic Sliding Door
Multi-panel telescopic door providing very wide clear openings in a fraction of the wall stack space.
Telescopic sliding doors use two to four interlocking panels that stack behind each other on opening—achieving very wide clear openings of 4–12 m or more in a wall stack depth of only one quarter to one third of the opening width. Used in hospitals, airports, hotels, and supermarkets where wide clear openings must coexist with limited wall recess adjacent to the entrance.
Engineering notes
2, 3, or 4-panel telescopic configuration achieves very wide clear openings while stacking into approximately one quarter to one third of the opening width—solving the wall-space constraint at wide commercial entrances.
Synchronised motorised drive with smooth deceleration at end stops and anti-collision logic between panels for reliable, quiet operation.
Available in safety glass, steel, or aluminium panels for hospital, airport, retail, and office building applications.
Typical applications
- Hospitals and medical centres
- Airports and transport hubs
- Hotels and hospitality venues
- Supermarkets and retail
